Refunds for Subscription Orders

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Orders canceled at least 14 days before the upcoming subscription renewal date
  • Orders that were damaged during shipping (photo evidence required)
  • Orders that were incorrectly fulfilled by our team

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscription renewals that were not canceled before the 14-day cutoff
  • Opened, used, or partially used product
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as not received (case-by-case review)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
